General terms

Services are intended for business leaders, executives and directors or authorized representatives of organizations. Users must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in their jurisdiction and comply with any specific eligibility requirements posted for particular programs.

Participants must be at least 18 years old unless a program states otherwise. If you enroll on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have appropriate authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to use becyberix services lawfully and not for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes. Misuse of our services, including interference with training delivery or abusive behavior toward staff or other participants, may result in suspension or removal.

Access to some services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions for legal or regulatory reasons. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the use of our services complies with local laws and export controls applicable to them.

To access certain services you may be required to create an account and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your account.

Provide current, complete and accurate information during registration. Update your details promptly if they change to ensure we can contact you about your programs or administrative matters.

Protect your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We will take reasonable steps to help secure your account once notified, subject to verification procedures.

Accounts and associated rights are personal and may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from becyberix.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately so we can take steps to secure your account. We may suspend access while contribute to prevent further unauthorized activity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or where required for security or legal reasons. We will provide notice where feasible and permitted by law.

becyberix provides director training programs, tailored executive coaching, leadership workshops, assessment tools and advisory resources. Program descriptions, schedules and pricing are posted on our site and in program materials.

We may modify program content, schedules, fees or delivery methods to improve quality or adapt to participant needs. We will communicate material changes to enrolled participants with reasonable notice.

We strive for consistent availability of online resources and scheduled sessions, but service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or third-party platform issues. We will endeavor to minimize disruption and reschedule affected sessions when possible.

Participants must follow conduct standards to preserve a productive and respectful learning environment. Unacceptable behavior may result in removal from programs without refund where appropriate.

• Treat other participants and instructors with respect; abusive or discriminatory language is not permitted.
• Do not attempt to access restricted administrative or instructor-only materials without permission.
• Use provided materials only for the purposes stated and do not distribute proprietary course content externally without written consent.
• Follow any instructions regarding confidentiality for coaching cohorts or executive workshops.
• Comply with intellectual property laws and cite sources where required.
• Provide accurate information in application materials and during assessments.
• Behave professionally in live and virtual sessions to support a constructive learning environment.

Users may submit materials such as case studies, comments or other content as part of programs. By submitting, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and grant the licenses described below.

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, you grant becyberix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display submitted materials as reasonably necessary to provide services, promote programs and improve offerings.

The license you grant allows becyberix to reproduce and adapt submissions for teaching, marketing and internal development. This license does not transfer ownership and may be revoked only where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit confidential information about third parties without appropriate consent. We may remove user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Requests to remove user-submitted content will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may retain and use anonymized versions of removed content for statistical or research purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the programs, course materials, branding and platform content belong to becyberix or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce course materials for commercial distribution without written permission from becyberix.
• Do not remove or alter copyright notices or proprietary markings from materials.
• Do not use becyberix activity, logos or brand elements without prior written approval.

Certain programs, coaching packages and resources require payment. Paid services may include one-off workshops, multi-session executive programs, assessments and subscription-based resources.

Prices are published on our site or program pages. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing for future offerings but will honor confirmed registrations.

Payments may be accepted via the payment methods displayed during checkout. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged.

Subscription services, if offered, will be billed as described at sign-up. You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation terms posted with the subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund and cancellation terms vary by program. Refund policies will be described at the time of purchase. Where a refund is allowed, it will be processed within a reasonable time following approval.

If you cancel enrollment in a paid program, cancellation terms published at the time of purchase apply. For group or custom engagements, cancellation terms may be set out in a separate agreement.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges imposed by local authorities in connection with payments for our services, unless stated otherwise.

We may update prices for future enrollments. Any price change will not affect confirmed registrations unless otherwise notified in writing.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension of access or termination of enrollment. We may pursue collection of outstanding amounts where necessary.

Training and coaching services are provided to support professional development and decision-making. While we aim to provide practical tools and informed guidance, outcomes depend on participant engagement and implementation. Information provided by becyberix is for educational purposes and should not be treated as professional legal, business or regulatory advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, becyberix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We may integrate or link to third-party tools, platforms and resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, services or privacy practices. Your use of third-party offerings is governed by their respective terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these Terms, non-payment or conduct that harms other participants or staff. Participants may also terminate their participation subject to any applicable cancellation terms.

On termination, access to paid materials and services may be revoked. Certain provisions of these Terms, such as intellectual property and limitation of liability, will survive termination.

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect data and how you can exercise your privacy rights.

By enrolling or registering, you agree that becyberix may send administrative, service-related and promotional communications by email, phone or SMS where permitted. Marketing communications will be limited to those who have opted in where required by law.

We may revise these Terms. Significant changes will be announced with an updated effective date. Continued use after notice of changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to becyberix operations in Thailand to the extent required by law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply in another jurisdiction, those protections will continue to govern.

If a dispute arises, contact us to seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled as set out in any separate agreement; otherwise, parties agree to pursue local dispute resolution options in accordance with applicable law.
